PMD's "RenewEZ" online system is a secure, easy, faster AND CHEAPER way to renew your Applicator Certification (CA), Qualified Applicator Certification (QA), Qualifying Party Registration (QP) and Business License (including Branch Offices, Branch Supervisors and Registered Employees). Upon completion, the "RenewEZ" system will provide an onscreen confirmation and a receipt that will be emailed to the address YOU designate.
To renew online you will need: your login ID, password, and either a credit card (American Express�, MasterCard� or Visa�) or a checking or savings account. Your login ID and password are printed on the renewal form mailed to you prior to the applicable renewal period. If you did not receive your renewal form, please call the PMD at (602)542-4373 for assistance.

PMD's RenewEZ system has been MOVED inside of the "MyPMD" for Businesses\Individuals systems!
